This company sucks. they didn't send me any DVD's until after my 2 week free trial had expired. So I emailed complaining. They still billed me for a months service and when I went to dispute it on the credit card, they disputed the reversal. This company ever hear of customer service???

This company sucks first they tell me they cannot offer the free trial and proceed to bill me twice, once for my original account and the second one that was created because i had a list of 30 movies and none came so I sent them numerous emails which i did not get a single reply from them as soon as i say i want to cancel my account i get a reply saying that they will send me movies. They then bill me for a 5 dvd plan when i signed up for a 3 dvd plan then i have movies sent to me on April 18th and it is now May 3rd and i still have not gotten any new even shipped yet. I paid 25 dollars to get six movies in a month . the service sucks and is terrible. Never sign up even for a free trial they will bill your credit card.

I have to go against the other reviewer find them very helful, not bad selection, fast.
Sometimes the discs are damaged but I think as these services get going thats going to happen.

Nobody answers the phone. Email response is slow. Very small company. Poor selection.
First 3 DVDs were not send out for two days. fourth disc took 1 day, fifth and sixth discs are taking 3+ days. I've always had 15+ dvds on my list.
