Horrible, horrible company! Canceled free trial within 1 day before any games even shipped. Still was billed $50 deposit + $19.95. Said would refund but never did. Charged again 3 more times. Had to dispute with credit card company + finally had to cancel credit card. Beware! |

this company sucks and im considering reporting them to the bbb. i started the free trial, and never ever recieved a game, i tried to cancel but i forgot the password they gave me, so i thought no biggie i will call right, wrong they never answer their phone, so i emailed them and still no response, so now ive got a charge of 19.95 for something i never ever recieved. i think we should all do something about it by letting the bbb know my email is drewarren19@hotmail.com, email me so we can call the bbb and get our hard earned 20's back |

Signed up for the "free" trial, cancelled it after a week, and now I have a nice $19.95 charge that has been credited to my account. It was supposed to have been credited back over several weeks ago but still no response from deepshark. Avoid doing business with this company!!! |

Same problems here. After signing up i noticed they had a VERY poor selection. They only sent me 1 game instead of 2 and it didnt play - Took 3 days from CT to NY. I returned it that same day and 2 days later they received it and i cancelled (Within the 10 days trial). Not only did they charge me 19.95 for the trial anyway, but they charged me another 19.95 instead of crediting me. So i ended up paying $39.90 for a 10 day "FREE" trial. After numerous attempts to contact they never responded.

What a joke. I figured I would sign up for this game service since it was in state and it would be fast. I added about 15 games to my "wish list" as it's called with mainly the new games on top. None of the games say whether it's in stock or not so they are hiding the fact that they have like 5 games in stock. Well to my suprise I get an email telling me they mailed one of the LAST games on my list. This tells me either their stock of games sucks or they are not willing to give the newer games to people using free trials. I should have known this place sucked by their crappy website. My advice stick with a game rental service that has a nice website layout and doesn't look like it was made overnight. They offered to let me stay for 15.99 when I was canceling but why pay 15.99 when all your getting is old dusty games no one wants. |

Did the trial they sent one game after a couple of days or so then sent another 4 days later. Impossible to get the game back in time for 10 day trial (yes games had to be back before you could cancel)!!!!!! cancelled my account.. said they would give me money back because it was a trial and i sent game back on next business day. they did not give me my money back and to top it all off they have charged me again.. A month later and no communication on there part after leaving them email and voice messages.. |
