GamesFrenzy is a UK based video game rental service that caters for Playstation 2, XBox, Gamecube, XBox360 and PSP. They have a decent range of games for each platform, and certainly keep up to date with new releases being available.
They offer 2 plans - £9.99 for 1 game out at a time per month and £14.99 for 2 games out at a time. Manuals don't come with games.
The site is easy enough to browse, but maybe more genres would help browsing. You can't cancel your membership from the members area, you have to email support with id/name to get cancelled.
Games are sent from Essex.
