They never had any games I had in queue. 99% of them were still in queue a year after I signed on...and then they auto renewed my membership and would not let me cancel it and get a refund. I had to do a chargeback and supply my many emails to their support about not ever getting product.

Great idea but they must have only one title that 10000 people have to share. I will never go back to them.
Jim from Charleston on 2008-05-13 Rates them:
I was tricked to sign up for prepaid 2 years plan. I received DVDs the first month, then never receive anything from them for over 6 month now. Tried to contact customer service many time, never get any response nor further DVD shipment. that company are run by scum bags. I am going to join the law suit.
Tom from Astoria, Oregon on 2008-05-02 Rates them:
I read several indorsement of Intelliflix when I was looking for a Movie/game rental service. After reading many reviews I decided to go with intelliflix. I signed up for a year, at $70+/ year. That was in December 2007, since that time I have received only one (1) title from them. I over 50 titles in my request list. I have written them several letters (e-mails) looking for answers. All I get from then are apologies.
I feel that those who indorse Intelliflix(Howard Stern, NBC, The Wall St Journal) need to reconsider their indorsement of this company and print a warning to others to avoid them!!
I am not alone, there are many other subscriber who have been taken advantage of by the crooks at Intellifilx.
Sincerely, Tom Flanagan, Astoria Oregon.
Andrew from PA, USA on 2008-04-05 Rates them:
Intelliflix is currently undergoing a lawsuit from the Florida Attorney General. And yes, they are seeking victim restitution. I went through all of this with them in late 2006, I think, and I went straight to the BBB after 2 months of being charged although I wanted to cancel. I filed an online petition with the BBB, then got some bs response from intelliflix that "it takes a little while to process cancellation requests, etc." but they took care of my cancellation instantly after that. Jerks. Hey, I'll take a restitution check for a few bucks.

I haven't received a single DVD from Intelliflix for 3 straight months. E-mailed them several complaints, and get absolutely no response from the Customer Service. I think the company has already been under. NEW CUSTOMERS, DO NOT SIGN UP! you will be wasting your hard-earn money. I do recommend NETFLIX & BLOCKBUSTER.
Patrick from New York on 2008-03-30 Rates them:
This is by far the worst rental service that we have ever encountered. Six months after our service of receiving 2 CD's at a time, it stopped. Contact with the company met with no results. We were taken for $155.00 This company is a scam. We have entered a consumer complaint via West Palm. We may elect to file a law suit.
Mike from Wisconsin on 2008-03-27 Rates them:
I haven't received a movie in months. They don't respond to my emails. The biggest problem is, they have my credit card number, and you have to quit by writing them a letter. I fear they will attempt to charge me again when me memembership expires.
Matt from Vail on 2008-03-15 Rates them:
1st year was better than anticipated. However since August I have gotten no movies, the available movie selection has practically disappeared, customer service strings you along, but fails to fix or admit an issue. Do NOT spend any money with them.
JOHN from Fort Pierce on 2008-02-27 Rates them:
They screwed me out of $99.00 Once you start complaining about service you get no more responce. They cancelled my subscription without ever sending one movie and will not give me my money back. BEWARE!!! I cancelled my credit card to stop them from charging me more or selling the number.
intelliflix Customer from usa on 2008-02-24 Rates them:
It’s been almost 2 months sense I got a darn movie from them and I have about 70 of them in my Q. they are horrible. it is not worth money. Another thing that is P**** me off is when you try to search for moves you get the message. "Sorry we cannot find anything in this category, may we recommend these movies" and those moves are at least two years old and have seen all of them
I would not get a service with them and thing that sucks is if you cancel your membership you're not getting your money back ( or part of it).
INELLIFLIX HAS HORRIBLE SERVICE. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. At least it is not for me.

Mitchell from OREGON on 2008-02-23 Rates them:
Why doesn't someone shut this website down? I joined yesterday based on reviews of 3 online rental companies only to find out this one is out of business even though they accepted my information and charged my card immediately. I have called Discover Card to dispute the charge and they have told me today (2-23-08) that I have to wait 15 days to dispute which makes no sense at all. Meanwhile someone is sitting somewhere using my money for something I will never get and are probably also using my card number to purchase items elsewhere. THIS IS BLANTANT FRAUD! WHO DO I CALL TO MAKE SURE I AM AT LEAST ON A LIST OF DEFRAUDED CUSTOMERS WHO WANT THEIR MONEY BACK.
vanessa from usa on 2008-02-20 Rates them:
Don't ever join this service. I paid for 10 rental over a month ago. I have only recieved one. but they keep taking away rental. I know they never plan to honor their rental agreement.I write them and they say they will send them out as soon as they are available. They must have one copy of every movie. It is just a scam to charge money and never delivery anything. You can't track your any of rhe rental you making. I don't think they have a clue.
Laura from Florida on 2008-02-18 Rates them:
Absolutely terrible service! DO NOT SIGN UP!!! They were decent for about 2 years, but now I haven't received a movie in over 2 months and I've written them at least 10 times with the same response that they're updating their inventory and are shipping the next movie, but none ever come...they're terrible.
Herb from Texas on 2008-02-17 Rates them:
We subscribed to Intelliflix as we thought they had a better selection of Indie and foreign films that we enjoy watching. Good films that do not get national distribution. After a few weeks, everything went rapidly downhill. We see they are being sued; are not responsive to BBB inquiries, etc. We never did see the selection in the type of films we appreciate. Got better, quicker response from our local library! We joined Intelliflix in mid 2007; doubt we'll see a return of any money.
Peggie from Pennsylvania on 2008-02-17 Rates them:
What happened? I had a monthly plan with DVDBarn, the previous Intelliflix incarnation, two years ago, and they were pretty good. It was difficult to get high demand new releases, but it was cheaper then Netflix, and you get what you pay for. I cancelled after a year to save money, then a couple weeks ago I resigned for a superpass (pay for the whole year, get 2 out at a time), stupidly not seeing this website first. I can't even put anything in my queue; when I do a search or pick a category, I get "Sorry we found no matching titles for your query. May we suggest these?" and I get the same list of 10 movies. I sent a complaint two days ago marked "urgent", have yet to hear anything. You would think the efficiency with which they charge your credit card would translate to customer service. I guess I'll call my credit card company tomorrow. Based on all of these poor reviews, it's clear this company is going out of business and is trying to get away with whatever they can.
Debbie from Virginia, USA on 2008-02-15 Rates them:
I was a member for a year in 2005/2006 and was satified. I wish I'd read the current complaints before I blindly jumped back in. What a mess. I'm mailing a dispute form to my CC company today for a refund of my membership.
Jason from New York on 2008-02-13 Rates them:
I have been trying to cancel my account since August '07 with Intelliflix. I received a confirmation via e-mail, but then got charged the next month, and a month after that. I tried to cancel again and get a refund. I was told that I couldn't be refunded within the same monthly billing cycle. Never mind that I had cancelled more than two months before. Thought it was the end, but no. Was charged again for Nov, Dec, and January. My cc company disputed the charges and finally, it seemed that my account was cancelled. I can't sign on anymore, and it says the account is inactive. BUT....I was just charged a monthly fee again! This is insane! I've contacted the BBB in SE Florida, but they tell you that they can't really enforce anything. Intelliflix has an "F" rating with the BBB. Your best bet is filing a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services (850-922-2966). They are a state agency and have more bite than the BBB. I can't just change my credit card because I have so many things associated with it now. Wish me luck!

I paid for the one year platinum program and was suppose to be able to have out three dvd's at a time. I feel fortunate if I get one a month. Also, three of the last five dvd's were damaged and unplayable. Don't waste your time trying to contact customer support. They are totally non-responsive. DO NOT under any circumstances do business with these people. They are crooks and their operation is a total scam.
Stephan from OH on 2008-02-06 Rates them:
For all those that have not figured it out yet, Intelliflix is out of business!!!!

Web certificate is expired and on August 29, 2007, Florida Attorney General filed suit against Intelliflix and its owner Christopher Hickey for deceptive advertising and operating without a license. An investigation into the company’s practices had been launched in January 2007 by the Attorney General’s Economic Crimes Division, after it received more than 285 complaints about the company. The investigation found that consumers who attempted to cancel their subscriptions were rebuffed, that Intelliflix’s movie selection and delivery times were far worse than represented on its website, and that the company was unresponsive to complaints.

The lawsuit asked that Intelliflix be permanently enjoined from engaging in the business of online video rental. Intelliflix ceased operations by year’s end, though its website is still active.

The lawsuit also charged the company for failing to register a business license with the state. The company faces fines for violating Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), fines for each year it failed to register its business, and victim restitution.

Intelliflix is by far the worst f-ing dvd rental service I have ever dealt with. I signed up for the 1 year platinum service, which allows for 3 movies at a time, including video games and adult videos. I would be lucky to even receive one dvd at a time and I would get that dvd maybe every 3 weeks. I must have even had 90 dvd's in my queue. Let's not forget that the entire selection of videos suck. If you're looking for a good online dvd rental service, netflix is your best choice.

I have experienced ALL of the problems mentioned in the other reviews in addition I missed my cancellation on a yearly subscription by 1 day and they auto charged me for an additional year which visa would not do a charge back because I screwed up and intillfilex would not give a refund either so beware. As of today when i click on any category I get this message "Sorry, we found no matching titles for your query." looks like they are shutting down or maybe falling down.

Overwhelmingly bad. I think the Attorney General should look into these people for interstate fraud. Have contacted them several time with no results. Same proplems as others have experienced with no customer service. I must urge you to avoid them at all costs.
Mary Ann from Boston on 2008-01-24 Rates them:
I think Intelliflix has gone under since the security certificate on their website expired 1/12/08.

I currently have one of their movies, and I have been waiting a long time for my second one.

I rate them a 2 only because they used to be decent when I first signed up. Then, they must have sold off a lot of their inventory to raise cash (upper management must have seen the writing on the wall and wanted to get the spoils for themselves)because, about 6 months ago, it became very difficult to get anything but really weird DVDs. Even their television section got creamed.

I don't think any of the rental services are any good. I'm going to purchase just used movies from now on.

Intelliflix used to be good, but stay away from them now.

I signed up for this company based on another site listing dvd mail rental. I already have the company that starts with the letter'n'. I was looking for a reasonable place for adult dvd rental. Like every one else I wish I found this site first. Believe it or not this is the first time I got screwed on the internet. I am canceling my monthly subscription with my card company and will warn everyone I know.

Kinda funny watching this company slowly go down hill. The latest trick is they are changing the que button for a rent button so when you are trying to que a movie, you are really renting it and they try to charge you extra! Funny stuff, thank god I already got my refund from my credit card company. Wonder how much longer these fools will be around???

They are the worst and deceptive! I have not receive any movies since November 2007. Contantly sending their support on the issue and they keep extending my stupid plan by a month. My plan will end in Feb. 2008. Never going with them again and filing a major complaint to the BBB.

Oh my God Intelliflix is horrible. I'm one of the idiots that purchased a years membership. They are slow. They don't EVER send movies at the top of he que. They send broken DVDs. They bombard your inbox with shipping surveys. They won't cancel my account. I'm having to cancel my check card because they won't remove my card information. I think they are high school drop out druggies working out of a garage or something...ripping people off right and left. I hope they get the snot sued out of them.
Amy from South Carolina on 2008-01-06 Rates them:
Poor is not a strong enough word to describe Intelliflix' ever-declining service. Just try to keep 10 worthwhile movies in your Queue. Everything is moved to the "Waiting List". New movies are scarce. Customer Service complaints are ignored, or "answered" in a incoherent email which rarely addresses the issue. "Refund" is a foreign word to them. We just can't wait for our year's subscription to end. This company is an absolute JOKE. How do they stay in business???
justin from seattle on 2008-01-05 Rates them:
i really wish i would have found this website before i signed up with intelliflix....
i signed up for a pay per rental plan, because, i thought it would be nice to order a movie every once in a while and not have to worry about monthly fees. on the order page they had a prepaid rental option that i stupidly signed up for. for $20, it said, i would get 10 prepaid credits that i could use to rent movies. i thought that was an excellent deal. only problem is, that when i went to look at the actual selection, they didnt have much. or at least they didnt have very many titles available to rent. i selected three titles total and they deducted 3 credits from my account. they apparently shipped one of those movies and the other two arent even showing up at all. i've sent an email and have yet to receive a reply.
luckily, i only lost $20....

I wish we'd read these reviews before joining Intelliflix. They had no problem taking our money - but after 3 months of membership, we had not received a single one of the movies in our queue - so we cancelled today. What a rip off!! One star is being generous.
James White from New Orleans, LA on 2007-12-30 Rates them:
I paid over $100 for a one year rental period. I have received 2 videos, despite having over 20 in my que, in the first 7 months of service. I have asked them to cancel my account over 4 times- they have given me one free "extra" month of service. Whoppie!! These people are engaging in fraud and should be prosecuted.
Jim from orange county on 2007-12-29 Rates them:
People, just call your credit card company and cancel the charge! Its easy, fast and the best part is the dumbasses at intellflix will keep sending you random movies! I canceled 4 months ago and and got a FULL refund from my credit card company.

The trick to get movies is just que OLD movies. They have NO new movies at all. Its just a fraud to sucker people in. There are alot of older movies that are kinda neat to watch, just dont que anything newer then 3 or 4 years.
jim from new hampshire on 2007-12-24 Rates them:
This business is a scam!! We signed up for a year and they were to keep us supplied with three movies at a time and as the subscription year went by we were at times waiting to get a movie nevermind having three at a time!! You try to contact them you can't and the movies you do get are the ones way down on the list so they send what they have and obviously not alot of good movies are on hand. Then the final straw was that we were thinking we would just let our membership lapse after the year expired and then all of a sudden they send us daily reminders that they are unable to bill our credit card for an automatic renewal?!?! Who the hell allowed them to automatically renew my membership!! This is illegal and I plan on reporting them to the attorney generals office for unauthorized use of a credit card. Luckily the card I have given them when signing up got compromised so the card issuer had to reissue a new card and Thank God or else Intellifxxx would have stolen over a $100 for a scam they are running!! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I'm also a frustrated Intelliflix customer. Our first year was a deal, but not great by any stretch of one's imagination. Last year we tried to cancel and were unable to get through after several attempts. I've begun to try & cancel again and already I'm getting a runaround. The support link to their website was sent back due to inactivity...ie- they refused to respond to my request. GRRRRR!! Sounds like the debate with our credit card company is our only hope.
Leisa from Augusta, Maine on 2007-12-13 Rates them:
I seem to be having the same problems as others. However, my ticket to cancel never seems to get there. The number I call for billing is always busy and the number that appears year after year on my billing they say is an 'error' and that they distribute the dvd's. I never get any dvd's I have recieved 4 in 6 months. I just got billed for another year of NO SERVICE and I can't cancel. THey give me the run around NOW I am forced to cancel my credit card so that next year I WONT get billed for the service because they won't have my credit info!!! THIS SERVICE IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN

yea.. kill. and bomb. intelliflix remind me of the government. they just take our money without no service provided, with no way to contact..and if we did, theres no solid response.

We were charged $19.99 for the 3 at a time plan for one month. It has been 25 days and we've received two movies. It cost $10 to rent one of the movies. There are 15 movies on the queue, so there is no shortage for them to choose from. I'm disputing my credit card charge and looking into reporting them to the BBB.
Matilda from Philadelphia, US on 2007-12-06 Rates them:
I had a so and so service for one year (1 or 2 DVDs a week) and then I made the mistake to renew. Since September when the new year started I have received 5 movies, and that's after opening tickets constantly and calling billing. The emails back are never addressing the issue in its core, that is why aren't they sending as they used to and, billing never called back. But each time I am complaining they send me a dvd. I guess I will have to keep on complaining.

Thanks to a previous reviewer that said Better Business Bureau didn't really do anything, I was considering to contact them.

I am thinking, if so many people are dissapointed, and loosing their money why don't we do something about it.
unsatisfied customer from u.s.a on 2007-12-06 Rates them:
I honestly believe that this company is fictitious. my husband and I started a monthly account with Intelliflix using a credit card, and it took only a few days to get the movies that we had in our list. it did take a lot longer to return and recieve movies through them because they were so far away. the first month seemed to be ok, slow, but ok. then little by little we didn't receive any movies. (we had about 100 movies in our "queue") well, my husband who pays the credit card bill just sorts of blindly pays the bill each month with out looking at the added charges. this month (4 months after our last movie with intelliflix) he looked and saw the "online movie rental" charged to the card. so, in other words they have been charging us for 4 months now without even sending a movie.

I tried to look for a # to talk to a human being but the one and only number they provide on their website was "no longer in service" so what my husband did was called the credit card company put a "dispute" on 2 charges from Intellisux and then canceled the card so the bastards couldn't charge us anymore. it only took like 5 mins to do all of this as oppose to the 10 mins I spent online looking for any information to contact this fake company.

now, onto the Better Business Beauru to report these bastards! (not sure of the spelling) :)

Figured I'd add my voice to the noise. Intelliflix does indeed suck. Somehow I failed to find all these negative review when I signed up back in August. Rated #1 I saw. Adult and regular movies, awesome. Prepay for a year and get 6 months free! Prepay for two years and save even more! Thats like 9 bucks a month, unbeatable! My first 3 movies shipped in 2 days (they were the oldest on the que). I watched them, returned them, and waited, FOR THREE MONTHS, and counting. Sent weekly emails, movies out at the earliest of course. Sent a refund request, and all communication ceased. Site is always down now. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, which is my best and only option I think. Good luck with your troubles.

Don't bother complaining, you will NEVER get a response.
The movies are often un-playable, the website SUCKS, and is often down, selection SUCKS........this is from someone who rarely complains about anything........They advertise the have Adult movies, so I queued a couple out of the selection of 6, and never received one.......

Did I mention not to bother emailing them a comment/question??? I am 0-fer (about 40) on receiving any response.

I can't believe how this company rsponds to the question of not receiving any movies. It appears they either don't have the movies or don't have any desire to correct their problems. Intelliflix had been the worst company I've ever received service from. I've gotten very few movies - one which was broken and - I almost got charged for it - to pay for the movie itself! I recommend you contact the Florida Attorney General and file a complaint. I did and I received paperwork to formally file a complaint. Not sure if it will do any good, but good to know that something is being done.

We have had nothing but problems with Intelliflix. They will respond to our e-mails but no action afterwards. We have had only one DVD for the last two months. Stay away from their service is my advice. I have asked them to cancel - we will see what happens.
john from colorado on 2007-10-31 Rates them:
I pre-paid for a yearly subscription which was to expire this Oct. 2007 and the last movie they sent me was in July! After repeated promises, excuses, refusals of refunds and refusing to give me a phone number so I could actually talk to a human being, they now don't respond to my emails at all. I guess it's because they have my money, they still have the movies and my subscription is now officially expired. So, I have been royally screwed. Don't you make the same mistake! Stay far, far away from these crooks!

Same as above was auto renewed on September 1st and have not received a movie in two months. Have written them over and over to be told by their robot reps that a movie is on the way and that they extended my membership for 60 days. Waiting now for them to answer about a full refund but have already gotten the BBB rolling. Intelliflix is going down it looks perfectly clear now I smell a class action suite.
John from Virginia on 2007-10-29 Rates them:
Absolute waste of money! Unfortunately I renewed for a one-year subscription after getting mediocre service. Now I get no service at all, only one DVD has been sent to me during the past two months despite my lengthy, extensive queue. I would love to join a class action lawsuit if possible...
Ross from NC on 2007-10-29 Rates them:
Horrible !!! We've joined them for the games but only received one that was scratched. 26 in queues with nothing sent. There is a case against them with the Florida Attorney General Case # L07-3-1010

This company sucks. They either keep sending me selction that were never in my queue or they just don't send anything at all! When I called to complain they indicated that there was an error and that they would send out the correct selections or that they were in the process of updating their selections; hence the delay. Liars!!!
Bob from Seattle on 2007-10-27 Rates them:
Was good in 2006 but after I renewed for second year in 2007 they turned to crap. Movies are not coming. Being sued by Florida attorney general. I THINK THEY ARE ABOUT TO GO BANKRUPT. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
Hannah from Exeter, NH on 2007-10-27 Rates them:
I have experienced the same problems as others -- no shipping in 2-3 months with a "free" extension of service for my complaint, but no shipment of movies and when the company was in the business of shipping movies, many of the movies arrived so excessively scratched that they could not be played.

I have filed 4 termination of service requests. They responded to the first 3 with a customer service agent promising to forward the matter to billing. I never heard from anyone after that and saw that all these service requests had been closed. Also, the phone number is to a full voice mailbox. Not a good sign! I have filed complaints now with the BBB and my credit card and urge anyone else with problem accounts to do the same.

This company is a total scam. I joined in 8/05 and prepaid for a silver superpass plan, @ $100 for the year, which is a 3 dvds out at all times. I soon realized the following: 1. I would never get a new release, or sometimes even old movies. 2. typical shipping took 4 to 10 days, same with returns. 3. Often shipped dvds to themselves or other members. 4. They shipped scratched/broken dvds often and blamed the post office. 5. They don't have 60,000 titles, more like 500 at best (I checked all categories recently). 6. I've gotten the same dvd 2-3 times w/o request. I've submitted over 100 complaints during my membership (stupidly signed up for another tour of duty) and I get empty promises from staff who cannot speak english, and seem to have not even read my issue. 8. Wrote an email to the CEO listing my complaints, got response. Did get a month added on, but for what? More frustration. I plan to file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General, the BBB, and Federal Agencies for fraud, since Intelliflix is engaged in interstate commerce. Wish me luck :) Jim

A civil complaint has been filed against Intelliflix by the Florida Attorney General's office. Details can be found at http://myfloridalegal.com (then search on intelliflix). The actual complaint (15 pages) can be found by googling "oag v intelliflix". The AG's office contacted ME after I filed 2 complaints with the Better Business Bureau (the BBB closed the last complaint due to lack of response by Intelliflix). Though it appears I'm stuck like everyone else, there is hope that this company will be shut down for good. In the meantime, it appears that the intelliflix website has been shut down as I haven't been able to bring up their website for 3 days now, no matter what time of day or night I try.
Steve from Lodi, NY on 2007-10-24 Rates them:
When we signed up for year plan with Intelliflix it stated if you cancel early you will be given a refund that is prorated to the month to month rate. I just cancelled and was told no refunds will be issued. They seem to think that because they put in the contract that the terms are subject to change makes it legal for them to just alter the contract at will.

This company is awful. In the past 4 months we have received 3 dvd's and they just keep dropping movies off our que. Add 10 they will drop 11 so that they can keep you below 9 and use that as an excuse to keep from sending you movies on time. They are going belly up, they can't afford to buy more movies or ship the ones they have. RUN. Tell everyone you know that intelliflix is a terrible company that is incapable of honoring their contracts.
Peter from Atlanta, GA, USA on 2007-10-23 Rates them:
The have no distribution centers.

DVDs are mailed by individual rental businesses and must be returned there, often at the opposite end of the country.

VERY, VERY, VERY POOR compared to Netflix or Blockbuster.

69 days ago they received my last returned movie. I have been waiting over 2 months for a movie. They promptly respond to my email inquiries but it hasn't resulted in a new movie. What a poor way to run a business....or perhaps they in the the death throes and aren't even trying.

Hey what's one more bad review in a sea of bad reviews? My experience is the same as everyone elses. This company actually sent a movie from my queue right back to themselves, I never even got my hands on it. Received one game in 9 months that was too scratched to play, sent back three movies in April that they finally received in September, I was afraid I would end up buying a movie I wouldn't watch on basic cable. Stay away from Intelliflix, don't let the xxx tempt you lol.

i would give them no stars if i could.....here is the final ticket i am sending them today to cancel my membership:
i had signed up in Jan 15 '07, and have only received only 39 movies from you within the 10 month period. if i had rented these movies from blockbuster, i could have rented them upon walking in their stores.at blockbuster's price, i would have only paid $97for those.when i had signed up, i paid up front $209 for the platinum plan so that i could rent some games also (i have seen none).you guys have the best theft setup in the world. i want to cancel my membership as of today.im out $112 to you!

i would have listed the fact that they have a crappy selection of movies and games, but you can only use 500 characters to vent with. also, everytime i had put a movie or game in the qeue, it would move to my waiting list. every week i would see that my qeue list would drop in number as my waiting list would get bigger. by today, i had 3 items in my qeue (last week i had 8, and had removed none of them from my qeue) and my waiting list had bulked up to the size of 24 items that they would not ship me. i had also signed up to receive games, and now they wont even let me browse or put any on my list (i hadnt gotten a game in the mail yet). so i had paid money for the game option, but they took that and ran. the most interaction with respect to the games (they supposedly offer) is pushing the qeue button (when it had existed for games). this is the worst company to do any online movie rentals with. beware, they will take your money, and leave you high and dry.

A waste but you know that by now. 70 title in que maybe 1 a month if I complain and I am on the top $200 a year program. No refunds and if you are not careful you will be auto renewed. There really should be a class action.

I would give them a lower rating if I could! Terrible company, horrible customer service. Of the 35 movies I have in my list, they have yet to ship one. I am trying to get a refund from them for the year's fees they charged which I did not authorize. But from what I read here, I will just contact my credit card company. at least I know they will help me.
David from Kentucky on 2007-10-16 Rates them:
We've been mildly disappointed with never receiving movies from the top of our list, but on the other hand have seen some obscure ones that we would never have found in a store, and recommended this company to our friends for months. All along, I've said, "How can they stay in business at this price?" which I figure has been app. $1/video. The postage alone must eat them up. Well, the answer to my question is plain now: they can't (stay in business). I've been waiting now for almost two months for a disk, and get the same canned (illiterate) emails that others have noted. I'm sorry to see them go, because I loved the price, but DON'T SUBSCRIBE! At this stage of the game, it's unlikely you will receive anything at all from them, including a refund.

It seems they treat everyone the same-very badly. I think I will contact Colorado's Attorney General. It has been over a month, but no DVDs are sent. They are making me wish I was a lawyer.

I paid a full year of service and for the last 3 months I got two DVD's. I kept writing to them to see why and all they have are excuses. They now cancel my account and wouldn't refund my money even thought they don't send any dvd out.

Stay away from this company. I think they are going out of business. I will contact the BBB and my credit card company in the morning.
Vince from PA suburbs on 2007-10-09 Rates them:
I signed up for 1 year and paid in advance (like everyone else). They started out sending DVD regularly, but not really quickly. Now, they don't send out a DVD until I submit a problem to customer support. This was a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend Intelliflix to anyone.
They even have sound clips on their web site of Howard Stern saying how good the service is. Go with Netflix and Blockbuster. Blockbuster actually does a good job and you can return the shipped DVD to the stor and get another DVD at the store. I went with Intelliflix because they have skinners. It's not worth it.

Sounds like a civil suite to me.
