Dear all,
In February 2007, I was appointed as the new manager of PostaDVD. Now it would be a remarkable understatement to say that I've come to a business with a questionable customer service history.
As of today however, I would like to give you all assurances, that from now on, the business will be different. I am working every day to improve all aspects of the company, and we are beginning to finally deal with all the problems of the past. If you have any complaints in regards to our previous service, please drop me a line at Support@Postadvd.com . I admit I am expecting a number of fresh issues being brought to my attention, so I ask for your patience as I deal with each issue in turn. However, finally any complaints should be resolved, and hopefully I can begin to regain your faith in this business.
Kind regards,
The Manager of PostaDVD |

STAY CLEAR! During my free trail I never got any DVDs. I cancelled my subscription but to my surprise, they actually started sending me DVDs. I wrote number of emails but never got replies. I wrote on the return envelop to please stop sending me DVDs. From then on they stopped sending me DVDs, but to my surprise kept charging me. In the end I had to cancel my credit card. Sites like that give bad reputation to the e-commerce. |

Steer clear of this service at all costs. I have never received such bad customer service. I became a member and, as I received no DVDs in my month long free trial (!!), I cancelled my membership. However, these cowboys have continued to take the monthly subscription from my card. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel this via e-mail, but my e-mails are consistently ignored. fortunately, my credit card company are very understanding about this and are reversing the charge each month, but say that there is nothing they can do to cancel it themselves. I cannot find a number for them so cannot call them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THE WORDS I WOULD USE TO SUM THESE PEOPLE UP WITH WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED ON THIS SITE!! |

Again I would rate -0 if I could clearly a scam they claim to have sent me 3 DVDs they never arrived, they failed to answer 3 emails sent via there website and via email address. I cancelled yesterday 7 days before end of trial. I have reported suspect behaviour to secpay the company they use to collect payment and to my bank and withdrawn authority to pay them. They sent me an auto response threatening to charge if I do not return the DVDs they claim to have sent within 5 days. These people are clearly liars and cheats. I was a fool for not checking out reviews before signing up. Everything possible should be done to put these criminals out of business. |

poor site made me suspicious and I have cancelled by free trial before requesting any DVDs. Will have to wait and see if they try to defraud me but will certainly take it further if they do. Perhaps this site, while offering the chance to read this reviews, should stop advertising it as it appears at best inept and at worst deliberate fraud. |

Signed up for a free trial. Despite a long rental list I received NO dvds at all. Cancelled just prior to end of trial thinking maybe they planned sending 1 or 2 discs towards the end so customers can try the service without them losing much money if they cancel. APPALLING. |

SOMEBODY HAS TO CLOSE THIS "COMPANY" DOWN!!! They are nothing more than fraudsters!!!! Supposedly, they sent me 3 DVDs, but I received only 1, which I sent it back, but they never received it. After reading the above reviews, I realised it's a fraud, so I had to cancel my card in order to avoid being charged |

Absolutely rubbish!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
It is impossible to contact them, they won't reply to your emails but Gosh aren't they quick to take your money for a service they don't even deliver! I cancelled the account before the free trial but as I have never received the first 2 dvds they said they sent, they charged me for a whole month! I'm now trying to get a refund and hopefully I will get it and they won't charge me any more. I'm trying to send a complain via howtocomplain but postadvd is not in their database yet! |

Tried the two week trial, only received three DVD's through. I have now been billed for a monthly subscription despite having cancelled 3 days before billing period with all DVD's returned. Do not use this company. |

I had to give a 1 as there is no zero on the list. DO NOT USE THIS company. There is plenty of choice out there and this site will let you know who is a good shot and who is not. They lost some DVDs from their stock. Called me five months later and tried to suggest that I was responsible. Not to be trusted - send your few discs back recorded (or they may get 'lost') and cancel - read this site and choose a company not run but kids in a bedroom - pretty stupid kids at that. |
Craig from London on 2005-02-17 Rates them:
The price is cheap I will give them that. However the service is extremely slow often taking n excess of a week to receive the next DVD/game on your list. When you return discs they are not received for days despite being sent first class? I have been renting out Play station Games and at least half of them have been seriously scratched. About four would not even load and others jam up during the game. Currently sent my last discs back on Monday still not shown as received. Will probably be cancelling this month as although the price is cheap they takes ages to send discs out and half of them are scratched beyond recognition |
Gary from Milton Keynes on 2005-02-14 Rates them:
Started free 14 day trial last week and instead of receiving first 3 DVDs I received a card asking me to collect them from the Post Office as they had insufficient postage on them and had to pay Royal Mail £3.21 just to get my DVDs! - Tried contacting PostaDVD Customer Services but got no reply - After reading other comments I am also worried that they will charge me for "late" return of DVDs! |

Do not use this company. They continue to charge you after you cancel and do not respond to emails. Again the advice is stay away. A dire outfit. |

Shocking Outfit not to be trusted or used!!
I have had serious issues over charging after cancelling.
They do not respond to emails, answer the phone etc.
Stay away if possible, try screenselect or Blockbuster, very good service provided |

An addition to the last rating. I have received an email today stating i have been charged for the dvd's now..14 quid for 3 dvd's in a fortnight..be advised, this company seem to like ignoring people's emails etc. I have requested a refund and will be cancelling immediately |

Very very poor indeed. As Lisa stated, I too have outstanding dvd's that are claimed to have not been received, however I did receive an email stating they had problems with the royal mail sorting office and also had a virus. Personally I think thats tripe, and I will be cancelling this very soon indeed..3 dvd's in 10 days....for a much better alternative, check out Movie choices (i'm a paying member, 3 top dvd releases the day after they were released), or cdwow dvd rentals..very good too. |
Lisa from Kent on 2004-10-28 Rates them:
I am currently a member- wont be for long as they have not replied to any of my emails after i have tried to sort out the fact that they 'claim' not have recieved the dvds that i sent back a week ago now. I hope that they dont ask for me to pay for them after the treatment that i have recieved. The worst dvd rental that i have tried, i would reccommend screenselect or msn dvd rental. |

Not a great choice.
Poor number of xbox titles & limited tv selection.
Never received any of my priority choices.
