Red Octane was formed in 1999 and offers US gamers the ability to rent playstation2, xbox, gamecube, dreamcast and a selection of anime dvd's. With over 2000 titles in its library you won't be spoilt for choice.
They've kept the site fairly easy to browse with obvious genres and with over 100,000 games rented they know what they're doing.

i'm not sure but this company said the turn around time is about 9-12 days. wow that's of wait time if you ask me.
